Included in the brochure must be a three-day menu that offers three meals, two snacks, and beverages. Create the menu according to the recommendations and tips found on the mypyramid.gov website. You should use the information based on your age, height and weight. You can find these recommendations by just click the “My Pyramid Plan” link on the website and type in your information. You are to compose and itinerary of activities for the guests. The activities should be healthy ones that will help to burn calories and be physically fit. The activities must be based on 4 out of the 5 elements of fitness and incorporate the principles of fitness “Intensity, Type of exercise, Frequency of exercise, Time of exercise and Warm up & cool down” You can also use the mypyramid.gov website for ideas and examples. You must include at least 3 different activities for each day. Keep in mind the recommendations for daily physical activity. Other sites you may use include:
